Here at Bonk’s Market we have been making sausages for a very long time. We have our own blends of spices and recipes that have been with us for many, many years. We have wide variety to choose from. There’s something for everyone!
Our sausages are all made fresh in the store every Thursday of each week. We select what varieties we will make based upon what has been ordered by our customers and also by what seems to be popular each week. We always have a good selection, however, the types of sausages vary week-to-week. If you’d like to make sure that you get a particular type of sausage you can always call and place an order in advance!
Also, we usually have frozen sausages that we keep in our freezer for sale.
All of our sausages are made from fresh pork meat cut here in the store. There is one exception, however, Scottish sausage is made with beef.
Also, some varieties can be made with 100% lean chicken meat. Call ahead to place an order for a variety of chicken sausage.
