  • Hamburg

    A great piece of meat if you like your steak a little on the pink side. Cut from the shoulder, this piece of meat is best when cooked rare - medium rare and sliced thin.

    Pork Chops can be cut bone-less or bone-in. Either way, they are a staple for meat lovers. Very easy to cook whether you like them grilled, pan fried, or in the pressure cooker. Pork chops can be cut from a couple different places on the loin. All are tender and delicious.

  • Pot Roast

    We have a couple varieties of pot roast with the most popular being the Chuck Delmonico Pot Roast. This roast, being cut from the chuck, delivers a flavor that is rarely matched. We open up the chuck, trim out the junk, and leave you with a spectacular roll of finished product. Every pot roast is hand trimmed, rolled, and cut to meet your needs.

  • Oven Roast

    Along with pot roasts, oven roasts are also hand trimmed and rolled. We have a few different types of oven roasts that  have spectacular flavor. Come in and talk to us about some of our oven roasts and we are confident that you will leave with a product you love.

  • Budda Ball Ham

    This is a great piece of meat that we take and cut into delicious ham steaks, butt-end ham roasts,  and shank-end ham roasts. Come in and try some!
