"How We Make It"

You might be wondering what sets us apart from other stores.  Here is how we make our hamburg.  You'll find that our methods are more customer-friendly than most other stores.

So, how do we make it?

Hamburg
  Let's talk about how our hamburg gets to be hamburg!  First, you have to understand that we do not  use what are known as tubes.  These are tubes of meat that have been processed, packaged, and shipped to chain stores to be used for hamburg.  We start our process with a specific cut of meat, either chuck for ground chuck or round for ground round.  After all unusable parts (such as excess fat, bone lining, and cords) are removed, we cut the meat into small grindable pieces that we refrigerate until hamburg is needed.  At that time, the pieces are then put through grinder, turned into hamburg, and placed into the showcase.  In most cases, the hamburg has not been ground more than an hour before you purchase it.  Most hamburg purchased elsewhere has either been ground out west somewhere, gassed and vacuum sealed.  Who knows how long ago the meat was cut or ground from a tube, which was then packed and sealed out west, as well.  That's just the beginning.  There are so many other things you should know about hamburg that you should stop wondering and treat yourself to Bonk's fresh ground beef.  All of your questions will be answered when you say, "I never knew hamburg could taste so good."
