Standing Prime Rib Roast

This is an exceptional cut of meat with lots of flavor. A full order is 7 ribs. The average weight of a full order is between 17 and 22 pounds. This piece of meat is very festive and beautiful. If you have ever had a Rib-Eye or Delmonico Steak, then you know what flavor this roast has. Our cut has only the rib bones with the rib roast attached. This is the King of Roast Beef.

This means that it is tender and flavorful, as well as being easy to carve. It is boneless, tender, flavorful, and can be sold as half or a whole roast. With this versatlity, it holds its ground against the "King of Roasts".
